What is Send to SME?

In Qvidian, content managers have the capability to initiate SME Jobs, which involves sending content items to unlicensed subject matter experts. Once a SME Job is created, the SME receives an email with a link that takes them to a portal. The SME can then review the content, make necessary edits, and once the revisions are complete, the content is sent back to the content manager for final approval. This feature streamlines the content management process and ensures that records in the library stay accurate and align with organizational standards.
